My name is Radoslav Ivanov, a lawyer based in Munich, Germany.

I advise German and international middle-sized enterprises, investors, founders and start-up companies regarding incorporations, the implementation of an appropriate legal and group structure, investment rounds, share and asset deals, mergers, restructuring, “going global” expansions, joint ventures and day-to-day business.

My industry expertise includes HealthTech, FinTech, IoT/IIoT, financial services, automotive, real estate, insurance, IT, e-commerce and others.

I have managed various German and international legal transactions and due diligence projects, inter alia involving France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, UK, USA, Japan, China, Singapore, India, Bulgaria and Romania.

 

As a venture manager and legal counsel at Fraunhofer Venture in Munich, I have valuable experience in portfolio management which enhances my deep understanding for venture capital from both investors' and entrepreneurs' perspective. Previously, I have worked as an attorney for the international law firms EY Law and Rödl & Partner in Munich.
